Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the problem

If the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement or another appropriate solution at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
